This healing soak contains baking soda, Epsom salts, lavender essential oil, dried lavender flowers, dried calendula and dried chamomile.
Place ¼ cup in sitz bath and soak for 10-15 minutes. Use as often as you’d like for soothing and healing benefits.
Alternatively, you can use half this pouch in a half-filled tub of water (enough to submerge your body up to belly button while sitting) Soak your bottom and hips for 15 minutes minimum to soothe sore muscles and tender or torn skin. Make sure to check with your doctor or midwife that you are cleared to have a bath first!
